SPLITTING MONOLITH STONES SAWN ON 4-6 FACES MACHINES

The monolith blocks can be sawn on 4 or 6 faces depending on the finished product you want to get.

Customers often want to achieve precision measurements and, at the same time, high quality splitting. With 46 years of experience under its belt, Steinex Srl has developed as series of Windstar models featuring 4-blade system which can be used as:

• Cleaving machine for materials that have a certain schistosity in one direction such as Serizzo
• precision automatic press for other types of stone.

The Windstar SP models can cleave or split pieces up to 550 mm thick and 3000 mm wide in semi-automatic or automatic operating mode.

The Windstar series includes the STD-type high performance automatic models that can be sold individually or assembled in the more complex automatic lines.

RECOVERY OF SLABS CUTTING WASTE (4/6 SAWN FACES)

For the cutting waste from frame-type slabs with 4 or 6 sawn faces, Steinex Srl with its rustication machines makes it possible to repurpose these scraps and turn them into SPLIT FACE AND RUSTICATED TILES for cladding with outstanding added value.

45° EDGE SPECIAL FINISHES

Finally, Steinex Srl produces two models for creating 45° edge special finishes, ideal for flagstone edges, stone slabs used as roofing tiles or as flooring slabs and cladding.
